open-air design makes it feel inviting. The rooms were clean and well-kept. Staff were friendly and quick to assist with any request. It was conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport, and there were great restaurants within walking distance, though there was some noise at night.

The hotel pool was a great escape. use it to relax after a long travel day.

The staff were prompt in addressing issues, such as replacing the non-functioning bedside lamp, and the breakfast offered was ample. While the water was only warm, it was adequate given the warm climate.

The whole place feels barely adequate!!! No hot water for showers, and if you run into a maintenance issue, be prepared for some frustration. The lighting could use some upgrading too!!! Relying on translators for communication can be tedious.

The family loved our stay! The open-air ambiance was charming and the kids enjoyed the pool area, which was perfect after a long day exploring. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was and found plenty of restaurants nearby that cater to families.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel could offer earlier breakfast options for families.
